Warren (Renny) Clark - CFO and Treasurer
Mr. Clark has extensive experience in financial leadership roles, most recently at St. Jude Medical as Vice President, Finance for the Cardiovascular Division-Massachusetts. Prior to joining St. Jude, Mr. Clark was the CFO of LightLab Imaging, Inc. a position he attained after serving in a number of senior financial management roles at Boston Scientific Corporation. He holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Jerry Melsky - Vice President of Engineering
Prior to joining CardioFocus in April 2002, Mr. Melsky was Director of Engineering for Act Medical / Med Source Technologies, Inc., a highly regarded contract developer of disposable medical devices. He was previously Founder and VP of Engineering for Therex Corporation, a supplier of implantable drug pumps since acquired by Arrow International. He holds numerous patents in medical device designs. Mr. Melsky holds a B.S and M.S. in mechanical engineering from M.I.T.

Burke T Barrett - Vice President, Regulatory and Clinical Affairs
Prior to joining CardioFocus, Mr. Barrett was Vice President of Clinical Operations at Cyberkinetics Neurotechnology Systems, Inc., a public medical device company that is a leader in the development of brain-computer interfaces. Prior to joining Cyberkinetics in 2003, Mr. Barrett was Vice President, Clinical and Regulatory Affairs at CardioFocus, Inc., a developer of laser-based cardiac treatments. From 1997 - 2002, Mr. Barrett held various positions at Cyberonics, Inc., including Vice President, Business and Technology Development. Mr. Barrett was responsible for a number of IDE trials as well as for the process of finding new applications for Cyberonics' technology. Previously, Mr. Barrett held positions in business development, clinical and regulatory affairs at Biofield Corporation, Dornier Medical Systems and Bausch & Lomb. Mr. Barrett received Bachelor's Degrees in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry from Syracuse University and an M.B.A. from Kennesaw University in Atlanta, GA.

Karl Firth - Vice President of Marketing and Sales
Immediately prior to joining CardioFocus, Karl held the position of General Manager, Europe for Atritech, Inc., recently acquired by Boston Scientific. Previously, he helped manage European sales for Hansen Medical. Karl had additional European operating and early stage commercialization experience with medical device companies EP MedSystems and Endocardial Solutions which were ultimately acquired by St. Jude Medical. Karl studied biomedical engineering and Communications at Leeds Metropolitan and Sunderland Universities in the United Kingdom.

David R. Kressler - Vice President of Operations
Mr. Kressler joined CardioFocus in July of 2013, bringing over 25 years of Operations experience in the medical device arena. He was previously VP of Operations at Kalypto Medical, a manufacturer of a unique Negative Pressure Wound Therapy system. Mr. Kressler had previously served as VP of Operations at Velocimed, a start-up with three innovative cardiology products, transitioning to the same role at St. Jude Medical after a successful acquisition of Velocimed. Early in his career, Mr. Kressler spent 14 years of increasing scope and responsibility at Boston Scientific. Mr. Kressler received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University and a Masters in Management from Lesley University.
